Dabs is Davide Rustici, one of the most productive and preeminent personalities among the Italian drum'n bass dj-producers, now starting to step into the international dnb panorama. His tech-neurofunky sound ranges from deep-athmospheric to more dancefloor vibes an his tunes appear on relevant labels such as Aesthetics, Basswerk and M-Atome to name a few. From 2006 Dabs performed in many Clubs in Rome and not only, sharing the consolle with international dj's like Massive Attack, Dj Hype, Aphrodite, Commix, Calyx, Storm, Dope Ammo, Silent Witness, Jade, and he received positive feedbacks from drum'n bass stars like Break, Phace, Vicious Circle, N.Phect, Silent Witness, The Green Man, Jade, Dementia, Rusher and many others. Winner of the prestigious Italian contest Elettrowave Challenge 2008, his tune “Stare Forward” has been remixed by N.Phect (Subtitles, Syndrome, Renegade Hardware) for the respected italian label Modulate and more 12”s are comin’out for 2008-09 on Mayhem’s imprint Aesthetics, on Trust In Music, Modulate, G Recordings and many more.
